
The District is committed to transparency by providing information to our residents and promoting accountability in our financials as well as operations.
Voters approved a 2 cent per 100 of evaluation tax rate in 2001 to provide funding for modernization and improvement projects as well as operation and maintenance of our portfolio of dams.The District contracts with an independent financial firm to perform fiscal audits on a yearly basis.
The District is governed by a Board of five Directors who serve four year terms and are elected at large by Place number.
